What types of costumes and products do you offer?
We specialise in a wonderful range of costumes and face paints for all occasions! Our collection includes Couples Costumes, Face Paints & Makeup, Kids Costumes, Mens Costumes, and Womens Costumes – perfect for themed parties, Halloween, cosplay events, or just unleashing your creativity!
Are your face paints safe for children?
Absolutely! Our Snazaroo face paints are specially formulated to be gentle on skin, easy to apply, and simple to wash off. They’re perfect for kids’ playtime, parties, and special events, though we always recommend doing a patch test first for those with sensitive skin.

Delivery & Shipping

What delivery options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered by DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered by EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally to most countries! However, due to logistical constraints, we’re currently unable to deliver to Asia and some remote areas. If you’re unsure about your location, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] before placing your order.
How can I track my order?
If you’ve selected Standard Shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. This allows you to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep! Unfortunately, tracking isn’t available for our Free Shipping option.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal – making your shopping experience secure and convenient!
Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?
Yes! Orders of £50 or more qualify for our free shipping service via EMS. For orders under £50, we offer our Standard Shipping option at £12.95.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Just contact us at [email protected], and our friendly team will guide you through the simple process.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution.

Account & Website

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest! However, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily and saves your information for faster future purchases.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Simply click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, and we’ll send instructions to your registered email address to reset your password.
