2.1. Product Information

We strive to display our products (including Couples Costumes, Face Paints & Makeup, Kids Costumes, Mens Costumes, and Womens Costumes) as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to your monitor settings.

2.2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

2.3. Hygiene and Safety

For health and safety reasons, Face Paints & Makeup products cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal has been broken or the product has been used.

3.1. Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. We only consider an order confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.

3.2. Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.3. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the right to use the payment method.

3.4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or product unavailability.

4.1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when we receive them.

4.2. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.3. Delivery Areas

We deliver globally but cannot ship to some parts of Asia and a few other remote regions. If you reside in an area we cannot ship to, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

4.4. Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

5.1. Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must provide proof of purchase.

5.2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and product details.
2. Wait for our reply with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions.
3. Securely pack the item(s) with the Returns Authorisation number included and ship to: Snazaroo Sales Returns, 12 Stoney Ln, Winchester, GB CH8N 8XW.

5.3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and for free shipping orders, £12.95 may be deducted from your refund.

5.4. Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

5.5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
